Job Description:
- Excellent communication skills to attend/resolve client issues on calls/chat/mail.
- Open to work in a 24×7 environment and from the office.
- Analytical problem-solving skills to understand and resolve customer issues independently and efficiently.
- Proactive attitude with respect for customer time.
- Good time management, ensuring all customer interactions add value.

- Any 2 photo identity proofs (PAN Card/Driving License/Voter ID Card/Passport).
- All original educational documents for verification (10th, 12th, Graduation – Semester-wise Marksheets, CMM, Provisional, and Original Degree).
