- Synthesis of peptides and API peptides using various resins and coupling reagents.
- Experience with liraglutide and semaglutide.
- Proficient in solid-phase peptide synthesis (Wange resin, Rink amide resin, 2-CTC resin).
- Handling moisture-sensitive and pyrophoric reagents.
- Operating Virtus automated lyophilizer tray dryer and bottle lyo.
- Purifying peptide molecules using Normal Phase and Reverse Phase chromatography.
- Innovative problem-solving with strong scientific principles.
