Job Description:
Yes Bank is conducting direct walk-in interviews for the role of Sales Officer in Bengaluru. The Sales Officer will be responsible for:
- Introducing and acquiring new Current Account (CA) customers in the identified segment.
- Ensuring sourcing of quality Current accounts based on product mix, segments, and constitution mix.
- Providing the right advice to customers on products and documentation, and ensuring timely account opening.
- Familiarizing customers with branch services and processes, monitoring welcome kit delivery, and following up for repeat funding and business transactions.
- Proactively registering and activating acquired customers to direct banking channels.
- Assisting in catchment mapping and scoping exercises, providing regular feedback on opportunities and customer needs to Business Relationship Leaders (BRL) or Business Banking Leaders (BBL).
- Meeting and exceeding defined targets for new customer acquisition by analyzing transaction banking needs.
- Strictly adhering to selling norms defined by the organization and complying with guidelines from internal and external regulators.
