Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Respond to customer queries and concerns
- Provide data collection support for account recovery
- Maintain a deep understanding of client processes and policies
- Reproduce customer issues and escalate product bugs

Minimum Qualifications:
- Freshers only
- Fluency in Hindi and English

- Flexibility to work on a varied schedule, including weekends
