Job Description:
- Execute long-term vision and strategy for pharmacy-related products.
- Conduct market research and identify trends in pharmacy functions.
- Define and track OKRs, prioritize features, and manage product backlog.
- Act as a subject matter expert during pursuit lifecycle and pre-sales activities.
- Support marketing and go-to-market efforts for product launches.
- Manage and mentor junior product teammates.
- Optimize team performance and balance assignments throughout product lifecycle.
- Provide executive-level reporting and input on commercial strategies.
Candidate Profile:
- Ensure alignment of products with stakeholder requirements.
- Demonstrate strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills.
- Manage investment budgets and drive accountability with stakeholders.
- Experience in health product management, ideally with US-based PBMs.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and design thinking in product development.
