Key Responsibilities:
- Act as Business System Owner for IT applications, overseeing development, maintenance, integration, and operation of GXP validated systems.
- Lead system enhancements ensuring adherence to operational requirements and IT Waterfall Methodology.
- Ensure application security and compliance with Information Security requirements.
- Identify and implement IT system upgrades to optimize performance and resolve recurring issues.
- Collaborate across platforms (e.g., SAP, IRT) to address interface-level challenges.
- Support internal audits and health authority inspections.
- Assist in remediation of IT system deviations, ensuring effective corrective actions.
- Review and approve IT system validation reports.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor/Master’s Degree with GMP background in Pharmaceutical Industry.
- Experience as Key User/Super User/System Owner for IT systems.
- Proficiency in project management, organization, and planning.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations (GMP, HSE) and Novartis standards.
