Job Responsibilities
Production Manufacturing
- Oversee the manufacturing process for various pharmaceutical products.
- Operate and maintain production equipment ensuring efficiency and safety.
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintain batch records.
Quality Assurance (QA)
- Implement and ensure compliance with Quality Assurance protocols.
- Conduct internal audits, and work closely with production and QC teams to ensure regulatory standards are met.
- Develop and maintain quality documents like SOPs, CAPAs, and deviation reports.
Quality Control (QC)
- Test and validate raw materials, intermediates, and finished products for quality and purity.
- Ensure compliance with pharmacopeial standards and regulatory guidelines.
- Operate laboratory instruments and generate analytical reports to ensure product quality.
