As a Clinical Project Associate, you’ll have a variety of responsibilities that will keep you engaged and provide opportunities to grow:

  • Communication: Participate in meetings and teleconferences, preparing agendas and distributing minutes. You will also be responsible for providing monthly status reports and keeping stakeholders updated with key project milestones.
  • Site Management: Assist in developing and managing clinical trial site budgets, contracts, and payments, ensuring that all financial aspects of the project are well-organized and efficient.
  • Clinical Trial Tracking: Help Clinical Trial Managers monitor subject recruitment, schedule monitoring visits, and ensure protocol adherence across all study sites.
  • Study Start-Up: Assist in the preparation of project plans and documents required for site feasibility, selection, and activation.
  • Site Activation: Collaborate with the project team to collect and review essential regulatory documents for clinical trial initiation.
  • Document Management: Manage and maintain the Trial Master File (TMF), ensuring all critical documents are properly filed, archived, and accessible for audits.
  • Supplies Management: Oversee logistics and ensure that study materials, supplies, and tracking are managed effectively at each site.
  • Study Management: Create and update project trackers and systems like CTMS (Clinical Trial Management Systems) and distribute communications to the relevant stakeholders, including project teams, sponsors, and clinical sites.
  • Vendor Management: Support the vendor identification, qualification, selection, and management process, ensuring that vendors are properly vetted and paid on time.
  • Compliance: Follow international GCP (Good Clinical Practice) guidelines, local regulations, and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to maintain compliance and assist the team with any audit findings.
  • Meetings Participation: Participate in client presentations and Investigator Meetings as required.
  • Out-of-Scope Issues: Communicate any out-of-scope issues to upper management and help ensure that study teams are meeting their timelines.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Educational Background: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Pharm.D, MSc, BSc in Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in clinical research or related fields.
  • Compensation: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month.
  • Location: Mumbai, India.
