Qualification and Experience
- Qualification: ITI or Diploma in a relevant field.
- Experience: 1 to 5 years in pharmaceutical production or packing (specifically in Oral Solid Dosage forms).

- Experience in coating, packaging (strip, blister, cartonator), and track & trace operations.
- Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory standards.
- Ability to collaborate with various departments to ensure high-quality production and packaging processes.
Job Responsibilities
Production OSD Operator Responsibilities
- Coating Operations: Oversee coating of tablets or capsules, ensuring strict adherence to process guidelines and quality control.
- 2D Track & Trace: Manage serialization processes with 2D barcode technology to comply with global traceability regulations.
Packing OSD Operator Responsibilities
- Strip & Blister Packaging: Operate and maintain strip and blister packaging machines, ensuring product integrity and compliance with specifications.
- Cartonator Operations: Manage automated cartonator machines for secondary packaging.
