About the Role
As a Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) at Innovation Clinical Research, you will embark on a promising career in clinical research. This role involves managing clinical trials and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, executing, and concluding studies.
- Oversee patient enrollment, retention, and recruitment.
- Manage research data, including query resolution and data entry.
- Maintain accurate and current study records.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, legal requirements, and good clinical practice (GCP).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sponsors, monitors, and investigators.
- Develop and implement study-specific plans and procedures.
Requirements
- Education: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Pharm.D, MSc, BSc, or related field in Lifesciences.
- Experience: 0–1 year in clinical research (freshers welcome).
- Skills: Basic understanding of clinical research principles, regulatory requirements, and GCP. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to prioritize and work effectively in a team setting.
