Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Process Executive with proficiency in Thai to join our team. This role involves providing top-notch customer support and technical troubleshooting, leveraging your language skills and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Support: Deliver exceptional support to users, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
  • Translation: Accurately translate Thai to English and vice versa.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Resolve issues related to personal devices (computers, smartphones, tablets), online streaming, transactions, applications, software, and hardware. Willingness to undergo training as needed.
  • Knowledge Application: Learn, retain, and apply extensive product, procedure, policy, and system information.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and provide empathetic support to users.

Qualifications

  • Language Skills: Proficiency in Thai (both written and verbal) and experience translating between Thai and English.
  • Education: Completed at least 2 years of college education without any back subjects or completed 72 units.
  • Technical Skills: Tech-savvy with the ability to troubleshoot various devices and software. Willing to be trained on new technologies.
  • Soft Skills: Ability to learn and apply new information effectively and exhibit excellent interpersonal skills.
