Job Description:
Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Team Member for our Quality Control department in Visakhapatnam. The role involves calibrating and maintaining assigned equipment within departmental and organizational guidelines to ensure accuracy in results within timelines.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure safety, quality, and good laboratory practices in the QC laboratory
• Perform daily calibrations of instruments and equipment
• Issue working standards as per user requirements
• Conduct calibration and performance verification of analytical instruments and equipment as per master schedule
• Qualify laboratory instruments and equipment
• Maintain laboratory analytical standards and deactivate samples as per procedures
• Follow good documentation practices in the laboratory
• Ensure cleanliness of the laboratory
• Perform activities through LIMS (where applicable)
• Undertake any other assignment given by higher management

Skills & Attributes:

• Technical Skills:
• Basic understanding of the sterile industry, including processes, regulations, and trends
• Experience in a cGMP environment, with an emphasis on Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
• Behavioural Skills:
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Performance-oriented approach, consistently striving for high standards
• Demonstrates flexibility in working shifts
• Clear understanding of team dynamics
