Available Positions Emcure Pharmaceuticals Hiring for OSD Manufacturing, Packing, Quality & Engineering
1. Production – OSD
Qualification: B.Sc. / D. Pharm / B. Pharm
Experience: 2-7 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the machinery functions safely and reliably to produce high-quality products.
- Minimize downtime and production waste.
- Maintain accurate production records, adhering to cGMP standards.
2. Packing – OSD
Qualification: B.Sc. / D. Pharm / B. Pharm
Experience: 2-7 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct packing activities according to the packing plan.
- Monitor and control in-process checks during packaging.
- Maintain documentation, including batch production records (BPRs), log books, balance verification, and daily records.
3. Quality Control (QC) – OSD
Qualification: M.Sc. / B. Pharm
Experience: 2-7 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform QC testing on raw materials, packaging, stability, in-process, and finished products.
- Review GMP documentation, including test methods and protocols, to ensure compliance.
4. Quality Assurance (QA) – OSD
Qualification: M.Sc. / B. Pharm
Experience: 2-7 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- IPQA: Ensure compliance in manufacturing processes through real-time inspections and corrective actions.
- AQA: Ensure the accuracy and reliability of analytical data and testing methods. Validate analytical procedures and results.
5. Engineering – OSD
Qualification: BE / B. Tech / Diploma
Experience: 2-7 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on key machinery such as FBD, RMG, blister packing machines, compression machines, and capsule filling & coating machines.
6. Warehouse – OSD
Qualification: B.Sc. / D. Pharm / B. Pharm
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage material handling and dispensing of raw materials as per Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR).
- Oversee inventory management and ensure compliance with SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
