Job Overview
EVERSANA is seeking a dedicated Medical Information Specialist to join our Medical Communications team in Pune. This role is integral to our integrated commercial services, involving the processing of adverse event reports, product quality complaints, and medical inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
As a Medical Information Specialist, your primary duties will include:
- Case Processing: Handling adverse event reports, product quality complaints, and medical inquiries from healthcare professionals and consumers.
- Data Entry: Identifying adverse events and product complaints during the data entry of medical inquiries.
- Medical Writing: Utilizing writing skills to create adverse event reports, product quality complaint reports, and responses to medical inquiries.
- Quality Coordination: Collaborating with departments like Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs to respond to quality-related complaints.
- Drug Information: Using drug information skills to evaluate and analyze medical literature for developing information to be disseminated to healthcare professionals.
- Miscellaneous Projects: Participating in market and competitive product research, system development, sales training projects, and field liaison support.
- All Other Duties: Performing additional tasks as assigned.
