Position: Junior Research Associate

We are currently seeking Junior Research Associates to join our dynamic team in the Synthesis R&D Department at our Hyderabad campus. This is an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates to kickstart their careers in the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct synthesis and characterization of organic compounds under the guidance of senior scientists.
• Assist in the development and optimization of chemical processes.
• Perform literature searches and reviews to support project objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of experiments and results.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and laboratory standards.

Qualifications

• Education: B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry. (2023/2024 Passouts)
• Experience: 0 to 12 months of relevant R&D experience. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of organic chemistry principles.
• Basic laboratory skills, including handling chemicals and using lab equipment.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
