Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement:
Engage with potential clients, including doctors and pharmacists, via telephone to introduce and promote pharmaceutical products. - Product Promotion:

Address customer inquiries regarding the products, services, and order status. - Order Processing:
Accurately process customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction. - Industry Knowledge:
Keep yourself updated with the latest pharmaceutical products and industry trends to effectively communicate with clients. - Collaborate with the Sales Team:
Work closely with other sales professionals to create strategies that improve customer outreach and drive growth. - Customer Relationship Management:
