Job Description:
Quality Assurance (IPQA & QMS):
- Oversee QMS development, implementation, and maintenance
- Ensure GMP compliance
- Manage change controls, deviations, and incidents
- Monitor production operations for quality conformance
- Check equipment logbooks, temperature, and humidity records
- Collect in-process and finished samples as per protocols
- Supervise RM/PM sampling and dispensing
- Perform machine line clearance of production areas
Quality Control:
- Inspect and test products
- Work on Aseptic (Injectable) products
- Validate collected samples
- Perform tasks as required by GLP/GMP
- Audit laboratory worksheets and calibration reports
- Prepare and check Certificates of Analysis
- Maintain cleanliness of the working area
