Key Responsibilities
As a Safety Associate Trainee, you will:
- Complete assigned training modules on time and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Process safety data in compliance with applicable regulations, guidelines, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Participate in pharmacovigilance activities such as collecting and tracking Adverse Events (AEs) and endpoint information.
- Determine the initial or update status of events and perform accurate database entries.
- Code AEs and products, write narratives, and handle literature-related tasks.
- Support senior team members in additional workflow responsibilities.
- Ensure that productivity and quality standards are met consistently.
- Identify and report quality issues to supervisors.
- Participate in project meetings and share feedback on your experiences.
Qualifications & Skills
To be eligible for this role, candidates must have:
Education Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, healthcare, or allied life sciences discipline (B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Pharm.D, MSc, BSc, or Lifesciences).
- A High School Diploma or equivalent in a related field is also acceptable.
Skills:
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
- A team-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving group goals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based tools.
- A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
