Job Description

As a Trainee Research Associate, you will work under a mentor to become proficient in various analytical instruments within the Analytical Research Division. Your responsibilities will include:

• Learning and applying novel analytical methods.
• Coordinating with Synthesis and cross-functional teams for smooth project execution.
• Adhering to safety procedures and Good Laboratory Practices.
• Participating in departmental training sessions, including ARD SOP, Quality Assurance, EHS, and HRD training.
• Gaining foundational knowledge in techniques like NMR, LCMS, HPLC, and purification.

• Strong foundation in analytical chemistry.
• Familiarity with HPLC, LCMS, NMR, or purification techniques.
