- Respond to customer queries and concerns
- Provide support for data collection to enable account recovery for end users

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate (Any Discipline except Law)
- Freshers and result awaited candidates are eligible
- Candidates with up to 1 year of experience in voice process can apply

- Effective probing and analytical skills
