Roles and Responsibilities:
- Track financial transactions, including M&A, Partnerships, and Capital Raising (through debt and equity, Private Equity, and Venture Capital transactions)
- Use online and other secondary research materials effectively
- Ensure all deal transactions are updated with the latest information
- Finance-savvy with knowledge of company financials
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Strong analytical skills and independent thinking
- Ability to normalize data through secondary research
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel/Word)
- Good communication skills
