Qualification: B.Tech in Chemical Engineering
Experience: 1-3 years in the Technical Service department within the API industry.

Roles and Responsibilities
The Technical Service / Technology Transfer Officer will play a key role in supporting the absorption and transfer of technology for new products from R&D to commercial production. Key responsibilities include:

|---|---|
| Technology Absorption & Transfer | Manage technology transfer from R&D to pilot, kilo, and commercial scale for new products. |
| Preparation of Process Documents | Create P&IDs (Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams) and PFDs (Process Flow Diagrams). |
| Safety Documentation | Prepare HAZOP, HIRA, and FMECA documents to ensure safety and efficiency. |
| Qualification & Validation | Generate qualification documents for new projects, and support batch validation processes. |
| Equipment Mapping & Capacity Calculations | Map equipment across plants for new products, ensuring proper capacity calculations. |
| Batch Monitoring | Monitor batches during Pre-Validation and Validation phases in the plant. |
| Documentation | Prepare BPCR (Batch Processing Control Records), ESR (Experimental Summary Reports), and ISR (Investigational Summary Reports) for validation batches. |
| Validation Reporting | Develop comprehensive validation reports, including observations and recommendations for improvement. |
