Quality Control (API)

Roles: Conduct analysis using Wet lab/Chemical/Stability/In-process lab & Micro lab instruments.
Skills: HPLC/GC/LCMS/GCMS, Microbiology Lab testing, Stability Sample Management, Validation protocols.

Production (API)

Roles: Experience with Solvent Recovery, Batch Planning, Production, GMP, Filtration, Centrifugation, etc.
Skills: Batch Manufacturing, GMP adherence, Equipment handling (e.g., Centrifuge, Blender).

Process Excellence – Chemistry Lab

Roles: Manage QMS, SOP preparation, GMP culture, Process improvement, Capacity Enhancement.
Skills: Deviations, Investigations, SOP contents, QMS terminologies, Process improvement.

Tech Absorption (API)

Roles: Plan R&D project activities, tech transfer, equipment mapping, risk assessments, and troubleshooting.
Skills: Equipment sizing, Technical content creation, Production monitoring, Process optimization.
