We are currently seeking a Medical Promotion Specialist to join our dynamic team in São Paulo, Brazil. This role involves promoting pharmaceutical products to a select group of medical professionals, with the goal of enhancing product visibility and optimizing prescriptions. Key Responsibilities
- Medical Promotion: Engage with a selected group of physicians to promote our pharmaceutical products. Provide technical-scientific knowledge, emphasizing product differentials and benefits to optimize prescriptions.
- Remote Engagement: Conduct visits and cover the panel remotely using multichannel approaches such as phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp, in alignment with established marketing and sales strategies.
- Sales and Visibility Optimization: Enhance the visibility and attractiveness of our products by utilizing marketing materials (email marketing, videos, clinical cases, discount coupons) provided by the laboratory each month. Apply commercial sales techniques to drive product sales.
Required Qualifications
- Education: A completed or ongoing degree in any field. A degree in Pharmacy is highly desirable.
- Technical Skills: Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Goal Orientation: Ability to work towards weekly targets and manage follow-up activities.
- Organization: Excellent organizational and planning skills for daily activities.
Preferred Skills and Competencies
- Experience: Prior experience in telephone customer service is advantageous.
- Sales Aptitude: Natural ability for technical and commercial approaches.
- Location: Availability to work onsite in the Zona Sul region of São Paulo.
