Job Description:
- Sound knowledge of recombinant proteins, biophysical methods, and biosimilar similarity analysis.
- Experienced in handling HRMS/LCMS systems.
- Develop methods to characterize monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) using HRMS/LCMS.
- Techniques include Peptide Mapping, Glycan analysis, and identification of post-translational modifications of mAbs.
- Qualification and validation of developed methods.
- Preparation of STPs/SOPs and related documentation.
Group Leader (Pharmacokinetics – Clinical)
- Department: Pharmacokinetics – Clinical
- Experience: 8-10 Years as a team lead
- Qualifications: Masters in Pharmaceutical Sciences

Job Description:
- Protocol preparation, review, study design, pharmacokinetic data analysis, and scientific interpretation of BA/BE study results.
- Report review/writing.
- Handling pharmacokinetic (PK) software programs, such as Phoenix.
- PK Data modeling & simulations for oral and non-oral products.
- Evaluating preclinical-to-clinical translation of ADME data and dose prediction for first-in-human (FIH) studies.
- Designing Clinical Phase-I studies (comparative BA, PK-PD & POC).
- Knowledge of Advanced PK, PBPK, and Biopharmaceutics Modeling software is a plus.
- Good knowledge of global regulatory guidelines on bioequivalence studies.
Research Scientist / Sr Research Scientist (Peptides – Analytical API)
- Department: Peptides – Analytical API
- Experience: 5-7 Years in peptide analytical development
- Qualifications: MSc / PhD in Analytical/Organic Chemistry

Job Description:
- Experience in analytical development, including related impurities, peptide assay, amino acid ratio, and peptide content.
- Knowledge of SEC and degree of resin substitution analysis.
- Hands-on experience with Preparative LC & DAC purification techniques at Lab Scale.
- Method development for various peptide tests, routine analysis, and peptide/amino acid analysis.
- Expertise in LCMS-MS/HRMS analytical understanding and data interpretation.
- Experience with LC, IC & other relevant analytical techniques.
Research Scientist / Sr Research Scientist (Peptides – Analytical API)

- Ability to handle a team.
