Job Title: BFS/FFS Operator
Department: Production/Manufacturing
Job Location: Hyderabad
This position involves operating Blow Fill Seal (BFS) and Form Fill Seal (FFS) machines for the production of sterile liquid dosage forms. We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team and help ensure smooth production operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Machine Operations:
- Operate BFS/FFS machines used in the production of sterile liquid forms.
- Set up, adjust, and maintain machines to ensure high performance.
- Ensure efficient and accurate filling, sealing, and packaging based on production schedules.
- Machine Monitoring and Troubleshooting:
- Monitor machine parameters and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime during production runs.
- Maintenance:
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on BFS/FFS machines to ensure reliability and reduce production interruptions.
- Documentation:
- Complete and maintain production records, such as batch records, machine logs, and maintenance reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience:
- 2 to 10 years of experience in operating BFS and/or FFS machines in a pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing environment.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of BFS/FFS technology and machinery.
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving machine-related issues.
- Key Abilities:
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and safety in a sterile manufacturing environment.
- Excellent communication and team-working skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including night shifts if necessary.
- Ability to lift and handle heavy equipment or materials as required.
