Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Execution:
  • Collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Adhere to project guidelines set by Project Lead or Technical SME.
  • Prioritize work with guidance to achieve project outcomes.
  • Seek feedback for performance improvement.
  • Apply instructions to complete project activities.
  • Deliver quality work meeting client and project lead expectations.
  • May serve as Project Lead for small-scale projects or Work Stream Lead on larger projects.
  • When Serving as a Project Lead:
  • Responsible for project planning and set-up.
  • Interact with Project Specialist (PS) or Project Manager (PM) for project control.
  • Ensure accurate project reporting.
  • Deliver projects meeting client expectations for quality and timeliness.
  • Identify risks and escalate issues.
  • Manage project financials, including revenue forecasts.
  • Ensure team understands and works within the contract scope.
  • Identify new opportunities through Change In Scope or add-on business.
  • Complete project close-out activities timely.
  • Consulting Activities and Relationship Management:
  • Implement organization’s consulting models and methodologies.
  • Deliver consulting services within personal expertise.
  • Identify project issues to senior colleagues and Project Lead.
  • Maintain professional interactions within client organizations and Parexel.
  • Identify client needs to Project Lead.
  • Ensure client satisfaction with services provided.
  • Business Development:
  • Network within the industry.
  • Communicate potential new business leads to PC management and account managers.
  • Parexel-Related Activities:
  • Meet established metrics annually.
  • Complete job-related responsibilities: timesheets, expense reports, CV maintenance, training compliance, project deliverable archiving, and participation in internal initiatives.
  • Define self-development activities with management support.
