What Will You Do?
As a Payment Support Specialist, your role will be integral to the Integrated Management Services (IMS) team, where you will provide essential administrative and support services to ensure smooth project execution. You’ll help ensure that client expectations are met in line with contractual obligations, focusing on Clinical Trial Agreements (CTAs) and payment accuracy. Key Responsibilities:
- Review Clinical Trial Agreements (CTAs): You’ll review and verify CTAs and amendments to ensure that payments align with the agreed costs.
- Escalate Issues: Any discrepancies you notice will be promptly escalated to your line manager or the relevant team members, ensuring efficient resolution.
- Manage Meetings: Prepare and distribute meeting minutes and action items for both internal and external meetings, including sponsor and investigator meetings.
- Team Collaboration: You’ll collaborate with teams across clinical operations, project management, accounts payable/receivable, and site contracts.
- Support Quality Assurance: Assist with audits, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Communicate Effectively: Keep stakeholders, such as leadership and Clinical Research Associates (CRAs), informed about the progress of the site and study statuses.
- Archiving: Properly archive study documents according to relevant guidelines and policies.
