Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales within the assigned territory.
- Engage with customers face-to-face and virtually.
- Develop and implement business and territory call plans.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers using digital tools.
- Use internal reports and analytics to develop strategic business opportunities.
- Educate providers on product value propositions and disease states.
- Collaborate across the organization to address customer inquiries.
- Complete all administrative tasks in compliance with company policies.
Candidate Profile
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience:
- Minimum 2 years in sales, promotional activity, or related fields.
- 1 year in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical sales, or marketing.
- Proven track record of sales or marketing success.
- Strong territory management and communication skills.
- Experience with applicable disease states and therapeutic areas.
- Knowledge of territory customers and markets.
- Residency: Must reside within 25 miles of the territory border.
- License: Valid US driver’s license and a compliant driving record.
