About the Department:
Novo Nordisk Quality GBS, established in May 2015, is responsible for ensuring high-quality processes across the value chain. It supports training, compliance management, and digital solutions for various units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compliance Support: Ensure product supply areas comply with GMP/GLP, manage deviation handling, and support CR processes.
- Deviation Handling: Serve as the subject matter expert for deviations, classify deviations, conduct root cause analysis, and initiate CAPA.
- Data Analysis: Analyze deviation/CR data to identify trends and improve processes.
- Process Improvement: Lead cross-functional improvement projects and drive KPIs for QMS.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Manage cross-functional meetings and ensure timely follow-up on tasks.
- Knowledge Maintenance: Stay updated on delivery area trends and relevant regulations.
