Position Details:

Program Officer

• Position Code: PO-09
• No. of Vacancies: 1
• Remuneration: Rs. 60,000 to Rs. 2,10,000 per month
• Age Limit: 30 years as of the closing date
• Experience: 2-3 years in vaccine/biotherapeutics manufacturing, R&D, regulatory, or bioassay development

Senior Program Officer

• Position Code: PO-09
• No. of Vacancies: 1
• Remuneration: Rs. 75,000 to Rs. 2,40,000 per month
• Age Limit: 35 years as of the closing date
• Experience: 4-5 years in vaccine/biotherapeutics manufacturing, R&D, regulatory, or bioassay development

Qualifications:

Essential:

• M.Sc/M.Pharma/MBBS in Life Sciences/Biological Sciences/Microbiology/Biochemistry/Biotechnology

Desirable:

• Ph.D. in Life Sciences/Biological Sciences/Microbiology/Biochemistry/Biotechnology

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement NBM-PMU and monitor all grantees
• Engage experts and collaborate with Scientific and Technical Advisory groups for project review
• Work with Legal and Finance to prepare contracts and agreements
• Coordinate with stakeholders involved in NBM-PMU management
• Administer new and ongoing projects, ensuring timely execution
• Support the organization of meetings, interactions, and conferences
• Communicate with grantees and key stakeholders

Tenure:
Contract for Service initially for three years or co-terminus with the project, whichever is earlier. The project duration is until June 2025, with possible renewal based on performance and project extension.
