Job Title: Senior SDTM Programmer
Location: Bangalore (Home-based)

As a Senior Statistical Programmer, you will be part of a fast-paced and dynamic study design environment, fully embedded with a global pharmaceutical client. Key Responsibilities
- Vendor Interaction: Collaborate with vendors to receive Case Report Forms (CRF) and external data. Ensure data transfer specifications are compliant with SAS standards, client standards, and compound templates.
- Data Review: Review CRF and external data. Compare datasets with vendor-annotated CRF to ensure all required fields are captured. Use these datasets to build the SDTM (Study Data Tabulation Model) datasets.
- Documentation: Create Study Data Reviewer’s Guide (SDRG) and SDTM Define documents.
- Quality Control (QC): Conduct QC on SDTM datasets, specifications, documents, and annotations created by other programmers.
- Validation: Run Pinnacle 21 to validate SDTM datasets.
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years in statistical programming, with increasing responsibilities.
- Leadership: At least 2+ years of experience as a trial lead or in developing SAS/R solutions across clinical programs or therapeutic areas.
- Skills: Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously. Experience in cross-functional team communication and data specification review.
