Job Description:

We are seeking professionals for our Analytical R&D team. Responsibilities include method development, validation, and stability testing of drug substances/products.
Core Responsibilities:
- Develop and validate Assay & related substances methods.
- Handle instruments like HPLC, UPLC, GC, UV-Visible spectrophotometer, etc.
- Adhere to Good Documentation/Laboratory Practices (ALCOA+).
- Calibrate and qualify laboratory instruments.
- Manage QMS and maintain inventory.
- Follow GxP/Safety procedures.
- Operate MS Office and communicate effectively with clients.
Skills and Capabilities:
- Strong hands-on experience with analytical instruments.
- Theoretical knowledge in Chromatography and spectroscopy techniques.
- Good documentation/laboratory practices.
- Ability to follow work instructions and perform tasks under supervision.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
Behavioral Skills:
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Effective time management.
- Team player.
- Polite and effective communication skills.
