• Responsibilities: Oversee Virology and Bacterial QC activities, including cell culture assays, Virus titration, ELISA, RT-PCR, HPLC, and more.

• Experience: 8 to 12 years
• Qualification: M.Sc./B.Tech/M.Tech in Biotechnology
• Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with cGMP and oversee Manufacturing (IPQA), Sterility Assurance, Deviation and Process Investigation, and Technology Transfer activities.

Job Description:

• Virology QC: Experience in techniques such as cell culture based assays, Virus titration, ELISA, RT-PCR, and biochemical assays required. Responsible for reviewing and executing analytical plans for Viral vaccine testing.
• Bacterial QC: Proficiency in Biochemical assays, immuno-chemical assays, and HPLC based assays. Experience in analysis of Polysaccharide vaccines/Bacterial vaccines preferred. Knowledge in handling QMS elements like OOS, OOT, change control, and deviation.
• QMS: Well-versed with Quality Management Systems (QMS). Responsible for initiating Change Control, Incident, Deviation investigations. Coordinate and conduct required investigations for reported OOS results, deviations, and more.
• RM/PM: Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Raw and Packing material analysis. Familiarity with instruments like pH meter, Conductivity meter, Karl Fischer, UV, TOC, Auto titrator, and operations in LIMS & SAP.
