Walk-In Drive Overview

TCS is conducting a Walk-In Drive for the role of Customer Support Executive (International Voice) at its Pune office on 15th September 2024. This is a direct opportunity for candidates with experience in International Voice processes.


Job Requirements

To be eligible, candidates should meet the following criteria:

  • Qualification:
  • Any Graduate with at least 12 months of experience in International Voice processes.
  • HSC with at least 18 months of experience.
  • BE/BTech with 1-3 years of experience (preferred from contact center industry).
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts.
  • Additional Requirements:
  • Must possess all educational and employment documents.
  • Salary credits from previous jobs should have been through a bank (no cash payments).
