Position Overview:
As a Pharmacovigilance Services Associate, you will be part of our Life Sciences R&D vertical. This role involves managing the Affiliate Mailbox, reconciling reports, and performing follow-up attempts for both Serious and Non-serious cases. You will handle case identification, data entry, MedDRA coding, case processing, submission, and follow-ups for ICSRs in the safety database according to client guidelines and global regulatory requirements.
