Responsibilities

• Planning & Collaboration:
• Participate in planning and project meetings with internal and client teams as needed.
• Collaborate with internal team members to ensure smooth routing and adherence to timelines.
• Content Development:
• Plan, develop, and write materials as assigned, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Partner with creative services to develop highly visual and engaging materials.
• Learn product and disease state information necessary for successful task fulfillment.
• Accuracy & Annotation:
• Reference and annotate all content at initial stages, updating as appropriate throughout the project life.
• Secure references to support all claims within a deliverable and provide clean delivery of reference packets.
• Collaboration & Editorial:
• Collaborate with editorial to resolve grammatical, stylistic errors, or data interpretation concerns.
• Properly track and retain electronic versions of documentation from draft through final submission to clients.
• Industry Knowledge:
• Maintain current knowledge of industry trends, standards, key medical topics, and terminology.
• Take a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to all tasks.
