Responsibilities in Job
1. Quality Control (QC) – Verification
Roles: Executive and Senior Executive
Responsibilities:
- Conduct IQ/OQ/PQ (Installation Qualification, Operational Qualification, and Performance Qualification) of utilities and equipment.
- Prepare, execute, compile, and report SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and protocols.
- Validate injectable processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.
2. IPQA (In-Process Quality Assurance)
Roles: Executive and Senior Executive
Responsibilities:
- Focus on manufacturing-related QMS (Quality Management System) tasks.
- Perform line clearance activities to ensure production meets quality standards.
- Conduct sampling and review Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR).
3. Quality Assurance – Engineering
Roles: Executive and Senior Executive
Responsibilities:
- Manage equipment failures, monitor alerts, and audit trails.
- Oversee utility systems, process equipment data, and calibration reviews.
- Implement preventive maintenance plans to maintain equipment efficiency.
4. Quality Management System (QMS)
Roles: Executive and Senior Executive
Responsibilities:
- Oversee investigations and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
- Manage process and non-process incidents, change controls, and CAPA.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the production process.
Qualifications
Educational Background
- M.Pharm, B.Pharm, or MSc: Degree in a related discipline is required.
Experience and Skills
- Experience: 2 to 8 years in Quality Assurance, particularly in injectable processes.
- Skills:
- Validation: Proficiency in IQ/OQ/PQ of lab instruments, utilities, and process equipment.
- IPQA: Expertise in manufacturing operations review, sampling, and line clearance.
- Engineering Assurance: Proficiency in utility system assessments, calibration, and preventive maintenance.
- QMS: Strong ability to manage investigations, CAPA, incidents, and change controls.
