Key Responsibilities
As a Quality Control Officer/Executive, you will be responsible for:
- Routine and non-routine testing: Conduct testing of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) and raw materials.
- Chemical and physical analysis: Utilize advanced analytical techniques such as:
- HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography)
- GC (Gas Chromatography)
- UV-Vis Spectroscopy
- Accurate interpretation and documentation: Interpret results of chemical tests and ensure they are documented correctly.
- GMP, GLP, and regulatory compliance: Ensure all processes comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), alongside other regulatory requirements.
- Review of analytical methods: Participate in the review and approval of analytical methods and validation protocols.
- Audits: Be an active participant in internal and external audits.
- Documentation: Prepare and review Quality Control documents, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), test methods, and detailed reports.
Skills Required
We are looking for candidates with the following skills:
- Proficiency in analytical techniques: Expertise in HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, and other relevant techniques.
- Detail-oriented: Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in documenting results.
- Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Team player: Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Regulatory knowledge: Familiarity with GMP, GLP, and pharmaceutical regulations is a must.
