Job Overview:
Join our team as a Microbiologist, specializing in Microbiological Analytics operations. You will conduct various microbiological tests on in-process samples, finished and semi-finished goods, and monitor water and environmental samples.
Primary Responsibilities:

| Safety Compliance | Adhere to safety norms and use required PPE in the lab. |
| Endotoxin Testing | Perform KCA Endotoxin tests for DP, DS & IP samples. |
| Line Clearance Buffers | Conduct KTA, GEL CLOT analysis. |
| Microbiological Testing | Carry out MLT, Purity by plating, & Bioburden Analysis. |
| Documentation | Update results in SAP, LIMS & submit documents on time. |
| Validation Activities | Participate in validation of BET, Sterility, Bioburden, and MLT. |
| Disinfectant Preparation | Prepare Disinfectant solutions and maintain records. |
| Culture Maintenance | Perform culture maintenance and microbial identification tests. |
| Stock Management | Maintain stock, qualify, and test Bioballs and Biological indicators. |
| Testing | Conduct Growth promotion and Disinfectant efficacy testing. |
| Reagents Stock | Update reagents stock and indent lab materials. |
| Training | Complete training on assigned documents in doc hub/talent hub within time. |
| Aseptic Techniques | Follow aseptic techniques as per written procedures. |
| VLT Analysis | Perform VLT analysis for LRA & protocol samples. |
| Incident Reporting | Report calibration failures and incidents to the supervisor on time. |
| Safety Officer Role | Perform assigned activities as per the safety officer’s role. |
| Water Sampling | Sample and test purified water and environmental monitoring samples, preparing trends. |
Candidate Requirements:
- Must have experience in QC – Microbiology function for Biologics.
