Position Details
Position Name: Technical Trainee
Organization: Baxter International Inc.
Location: Gurgaon, Haryana, India (On-site)
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000/month
Experience: Freshers – 1 Year
Qualifications
- B.Pharm, M.Pharm, MSc, BSc, Nursing
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and process complaints for multiple product lines
- Open complaint records and collect necessary information
- Follow up with customers (written and verbal)
- Determine reportability of complaints
- Evaluate complaints for investigation and coordinate sample retrieval
- Ensure timely closure of complaints
- Manage and process Medical Device Reports (MDRs)
- Identify and escalate workflow issues
- Triaging internal and external communication for complaints
- Participate in continuous improvement projects
