Position Overview
The Quality Assurance (QA) – Clinical Research professional at Bioexcelife plays a vital role in ensuring that clinical trials are conducted with the highest standards. As part of the team, you will oversee the quality control measures and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance with clinical research guidelines such as Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
You will also lead audits, resolve quality-related issues, and ensure that trial data is accurate and reliable. Additionally, team training and mentoring will be a significant part of your responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Quality Assurance Oversight:
Ensure all clinical trials adhere to GCP standards and other regulatory guidelines. - Auditing and Compliance:
Conduct regular audits to monitor compliance and quality. Identify and resolve any issues that may arise. - Data Accuracy and Integrity:
Review clinical trial data for accuracy and ensure that it meets the required quality benchmarks. - Team Training:
Provide ongoing training and mentorship to the clinical research team to maintain quality standards. - Regulatory Compliance:
Work closely with regulatory bodies and Contract Research Organizations (CROs) to ensure all operations meet industry standards.
Required Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should have the following qualifications:
