Job Responsibilities
- Preparing strategies for implementing Quality standards for QC/Microbiology/Quality Assurance and Quality Management Systems.
- Establishing & maintaining working relationships with office staff.
- Coordinating activities regarding Quality and Compliances.
- Submitting individual promotional plans.
- Developing and validating analytical methods systems to ensure precision, accuracy, reproducibility, and product specificity.
- Validating microbiological methods, HVAC, Water, and Air systems.
- Managing the Documentation Management System.
- Maintaining quality standards for incoming materials, ensuring adherence to norms, identifying gaps, and taking corrective action.
- Managing lab operations, including testing & analysis of raw materials, products, machines, and equipment, identifying defects/deviations, and taking corrective action.
- Practicing knowledge of laboratory hazards and safety measures, personal hygiene, and safety.
- Achieving set targets daily, weekly, & monthly, and suggesting action plans for deviations.
- Reporting to Management on MIS.
