Key Responsibilities
As a Clinical Research Associate, you will be responsible for managing clinical trials, ensuring compliance with protocols, and maintaining data integrity. Key responsibilities include:

| Site Management | Conduct site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits for clinical trial sites. |
| Protocol Adherence | Ensure compliance with study protocols, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and regulatory guidelines. |
| Data Monitoring | Verify source data and ensure data accuracy and completeness. |
| Study Progress Monitoring | Oversee subject enrollment, adherence to criteria, and track overall progress of studies. |
| Documentation | Collect, review, and maintain essential study documents, including regulatory submissions. |
| Communication | Serve as the main point of contact for investigators, site staff, and sponsors, resolving issues. |
| Adverse Event Reporting | Identify and report adverse events and protocol deviations with proper documentation. |
| Audit Assistance | Help prepare for and conduct audits by regulatory authorities and sponsors. |
| Team Collaboration | Work with cross-functional teams, including project managers, data managers, and medical monitors. |
| Tracking and Reporting | Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of study tracking and reporting activities. |
