Key Responsibilities:

| Trial Protocol Management | Develop and implement randomized control trial (RCT) protocols for healthcare projects. |
| Data Collection & Management | Supervise data collection, ensure quality, and manage program data. |
| Survey Team Management | Train and manage survey teams in field data collection. |
| Data Cleaning & Analysis | Clean and analyze collected data for reports and publications. |
| Stakeholder Coordination | Liaise with government and external stakeholders for smooth trial operations. |
| Budget Management | Monitor project expenses to stay within the assigned budget. |
| Report Writing | Assist in writing research reports, policy memos, and progress reports. |
| Quality Assurance | Ensure high-quality data collection protocols and systems. |
Qualifications:
- Education: Master’s in Public Health, Economics, Public Policy, Epidemiology, or Development Studies.
- Experience: 1-2 years in healthcare research or randomized controlled trials (RCTs).
- Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Excel and project management tools.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi; knowledge of Punjabi is a plus.
