Responsibilities:

• Conduct Analytical Research and Development support for Renalcare R&D, focusing on Extractable and Leachable testing.
• Execute experiments for method development, validations, and qualifications for new and existing products.
• Collaborate with senior team members on sample preparation and advanced analytical instrument operation.
• Support calibration and maintenance of lab equipment.
• Innovate and propose solutions for research challenges.
• Recommend new analytical techniques to boost lab capabilities.
• Document work per Baxter’s Good Documentation Practice (GDP).
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and Baxter’s Quality Manual, SOPs, and EHS&S guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills:

Skill	Description
Chromatographic Techniques	Knowledge of HPLC, UPLC, GC, IC with detection techniques
Spectrometric Techniques	Understanding of mass spectrometry, UV-Vis, FTIR
Analytical Tools/Instrumentation	Experience with balances, pH meters, centrifuges, sonicators
Wet Chemistry Techniques	Proficiency in weighing, serial dilution, pipetting, pH measurement
Formulation Concepts	Knowledge of large volume parenteral, PVC interfacial behavior, leachables generation
Skills	High learning agility, adaptability, innovation, good presentation, and collaboration
Communication	Excellent written and verbal English skills
