Available Positions
We are hiring for two key roles:
- Payment Posting: As a payment posting specialist, you’ll be responsible for accurately posting payments to patients’ accounts and ensuring all payment details are correct. You’ll also review payments and identify any discrepancies that need to be addressed.
- Charge Posting: In this role, you’ll be handling the accurate posting of patient statements and ensuring that all billing information is accurate and complete. Job Responsibilities
As part of the Health Prime team, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Accurate Payment Posting: Enter payment data into patient accounts with precision, ensuring no errors or discrepancies.
- Review Payment Information: Verify the completeness of payment information and ensure it aligns with patient billing.
- Identify Underpayments: Track and identify any underpayments or errors, and work with the accounts receivable team to follow up on outstanding issues.
