We are currently looking for a Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant to Director to provide essential administrative support, streamline operations, and help maintain an efficient office environment.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support:
- Serve as the Point of Contact: Liaison between executives, employees, clients, and external partners.
- Manage Calendar: Schedule meetings and appointments for executives.
- Travel Arrangements: Book travel and accommodation for the executive team.
- Expense Management: Track daily expenses and prepare financial reports.
Office Management:
- Supervise Clerical Staff: Oversee performance and ensure smooth office operations.
- Maintain Office Supplies: Ensure office materials are stocked and ready for use.
- Prepare Documents: Format and edit memos, emails, presentations, and reports.
- Filing Systems: Organize and maintain office filing and record systems.
Communication and Coordination:
- Screen Calls: Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate departments.
- Meeting Minutes: Take notes during meetings and distribute summaries.
- Correspondence: Manage internal and external communication efficiently.
Qualifications
Educational Requirements:
- B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or Pharm.D.
Experience:
- Freshers are welcome, though candidates with up to 5 years of relevant experience will be considered.
Skills:
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Organization: Excellent organizational skills for handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to ensure accuracy in scheduling, reporting, and correspondence.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
