Responsibilities:

• Conduct qualification, initiation, monitoring, and closeout visits for research sites.
• Communicate with medical site staff, including coordinators, clinical research physicians, and site staff.
• Verify investigator qualifications, training, resources, and ensure good documentation practices.
• Manage medical device and/or investigational product/drug accountability and inventory.
• Review regulatory documents and adverse events.
• Assess patient recruitment and retention success and offer improvement suggestions.
• Complete monitoring reports and follow-up letters.

Training and Development:
No research experience is needed as Medpace provides comprehensive initial and ongoing training through the PACE® Training Program. This includes:

• Interactive discussions and hands-on job-related exercises.
• Clinical research departmental core rotations.
• Development of CRA skills to become a high-functioning independent Medpace CRA.
