Job Responsibilities:
- Manage receipt, storage, and handling of Quality Control samples.
- Update and file training records accurately.
- Perform sampling and labeling of materials as per procedures and verify equipment/instruments.
- Interpret and evaluate data for accuracy, precision, trends, and cGMP impact; recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure documentation and quality records comply with Good Manufacturing Practices and Good Laboratory Practices.
- Review and revise SOPs, analytical methods, and related documents to keep them current.
- Perform analyses on finished products, raw materials, packing materials, and components.
- Enter, review, and/or approve data in a computerized database and generate EMS reports.
Responsibilities:
- Sample Management: Manage QC sample receipt, storage, and handling.
- Training Records: Update and file training records accurately.
- Sampling & Labeling: Perform material sampling and labeling, verify equipment.
- Data Evaluation: Interpret data for accuracy, precision, trends, and cGMP compliance.
- Documentation: Ensure GMP and GLP compliance in document management.
- SOP Review: Review and update SOPs, analytical methods, and related documents.
- Product Analysis: Conduct analyses on finished products, raw materials, and components.
- Database Management: Enter, review, and approve data; generate EMS reports.
